Remarks:

The non-refundable deposit (School Flat Fee) must be submitted in the form of a receipt along with Form I by Sunday, January 26, 2025.
Each participation fee covers all miscellaneous items (badge, tote bag, notepad, folder, pen), food and snacks, and participation in the Social Event.
In case of a lost or damaged badge, there will be a 10€ fee to print a new one. The fee will be collected in cash and, for security purposes, all participants are required to carry a badge.
All relevant fees associated with your school must be deposited by Sunday, February 23, 2025. In case of a missed deadline, a Late Payment Fee of 5€ per participant will be added to your requested total.
